Grilled Shrimp with a Green Garlic Fresh Herb Citrus Sauce

  • 12 large shrimp
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • ¼ tsp. chili pepper flakes
  • Salt and fresh ground pepper
  • 1 lime, cut in 4 wedges
  • 4 tbsp. green garlic herb citrus sauce (recipe above)


  1. Soak 4 medium size bamboo skewers in water
  2. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-heat.
  3. Place shrimp in a bowl with olive oil, chili flakes, lime wedges and season with salt and pepper. Mix well to coat.
  4. Skewer the first two shrimp on a skewer and then one lime wedge. Skewer one more shrimp. Repeat with the remaining shrimp and lime wedges.
  5. Grill each side for 2 minutes until shrimp are opaque in colour.
  6. Place on a platter and drizzle with sauce. Serve immediately!
