Green Garlic Citrus Sauce

  • 1 cup green garlic, tender whites and light green parts, chopped
  • ½ cup cilantro, leaves and tender stems, chopped
  • ½ cup Italian flat parsley, leaves and tender stems, copped
  • ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3 tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • Salt and fresh ground pepper


  1. In a food processor, add garlic, cilantro, parsley and lime juice. Pulse until you have a smooth mixture with some chunks.
  2. Slowly add olive oil and blend until the oil emulsifies.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Any leftover sauce can be stored in a sealed jar and refrigerated for up to 1 week.
